23rd Annual Christmas Parade Vendor Application

Please note:  Applications MUST be submitted to the Chamber Office by: November 27th at 4 pm.

 

  • Set up time starts at 2:00 pm.  Sales can begin at 3:00 pm.

  • Food vendors must comply with all federal and state labeling, and certification requirements.

  • All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

  • Only artwork, personal business items and quality homemade crafts will be accepted.  No flea market items.

  • There will be no refunds.

  • Spaces are limited to one per business/person.  Please stay within your assigned area.

  • Spaces will be assigned in order of application received.  There will be additional spaces in the parking lot once the pavilion is full.  If you are assigned to the parking lot, we encourage you to bring a tent.

  • Electric is offered under the pavilion at an additional charge for one 110 outlet, and spaces with power are limited.

  • You are responsible to match your electric plug to our outlets.

I, the undersigned, agree that I have read and understand the guidelines included with the entry form, and hereby agree to abide by them. I agree that neither the Frenchburg/Menifee Chamber of Commerce, the City of Frenchburg, the Menifee County Fiscal Court, nor any employee or parade volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury claims for injury or damage. Submissions of this form and registration payment are an indication of acceptance to the liability waiver abover.
