There is NO Entry Fee

THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE SANTA CLAUS!

(The Chamber of Commerce will be responsible for Santa Claus)

NO THROWING OF CANDY

(Buckets will be provided for walkers to hand candy to visitors)

RULES FOR HORSES

1)     The first 25 horses registered will ride. All others will be added to a waiting list and contacted if upon availability. ALL riders must pre-register or they will not be allowed into the County Garage lot. This will be strictly enforced. Registration can take place online or in person.

2)    All registered horses must have borium/drill tec on their shoes for safety of the horse, rider, and bystanders.

3)    Drugs and alcohol are STRICTLY prohibited. Again, this will be strictly enforced.

4)    Under NO circumstances should horses/riders be out of a walk. After the parade horses are to report directly back to their trailers at a walk (no racing). Horses must stay on black top at all times, do not enter private yards/driveways or other grassy areas.

5)    Riders must agree to clean up their own trash.

6)    Riders agree to conduct themselves appropriately (i.e. no yelling of profanities)

7)    Riders must bring parade safe horses. This is for the safety of the horse, rider, others in the parade, and bystanders. Parades can be hectic, if your horse becomes unsafe, be aware enough to remove them from the situation.

8)    All pre-registered horses will be provided with an identification marker upon arrival that informs law enforcement that they are allowed to safely be there. Any riders who attempt to enter the parade route (any street shut down for the purpose of the parade) will be handled accordingly by law enforcement.

These bylaws are put in place in accordance with the F/M Chamber meeting held November 13, 2025. The bylaws were discussed in-depth and agreed upon by those who attended the meeting. These rules are to ensure safety above all. All rules will be strictly enforced and any rider who does not follow these bylaws will not be allowed to ride in any parade going forward.

If yes, you MUST be ready at 5:30pm. Incomplete entries at the time of judging will NOT be JUDGED!

I, the undersigned, agree that I have read and understand the guidelines included with the entry form, and hereby agree to abide by them. I agree that neither the Frenchburg/Menifee Chamber of Commerce, the City of Frenchburg, the Menifee County Fiscal Court, nor any employee or parade volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury claims for injury or damage. Submissions of this form and registration payment are an indication of acceptance to the liability waiver abover.
