Our Chamber Directors
Who We Are

Cynthia Luallen
Chamber President
Born and raised mostly in Ohio, I am a big Buckeye fan. But Menifee County has always been close to my heart. My mom was born in Menifee, and I love this area so very much. Mom taught me how special this land is, and how special the people are here!
After visiting all of my life, we moved here in 2018 to care for my parents.
I have worked in design and construction all of my career, and I have managed many commercial projects over the years. My husband and I are very proud of our 2 adult sons.
Kate McMillan
Chamber Vice-President
Owner Rockhouse Falls Farm
I’m a transplant to Menifee County, but it felt like home from the time we moved. My husband, Scott, and I have been here for just over 9 years. I have always lived in small, rural towns and I knew Frenchburg was just right for me. I’ve been an active member of the Chamber for almost nine years and took on the role of treasurer this past summer. I have almost 30 years of office experience in roles as bookkeeper, office administrator and management. I currently run our small farm and am also an officer of the Menifee County Farmers Market.

DeAnna Adkins
Secratary
Traditional Bank
After spending many of my summers and weekend as a child in Menifee, I knew I would end up here permanently. Once here, I completed my education in Social Work and now work as a counselor and your local bank teller. I love this town and it makes me proud to be a small part of making sure future generations can have just as many family memories here as me!
April Hummel
Treasurer
As a transplant to Menifee County, I consider myself fortunate to have discovered our Forever home. I am a wife, a mother, and a proud MAMMIE to six wonderful grandchildren.
With over 15 years of experience at Kellogg Company and having grown up near Battle Creek, I have gained valuable skills in administrative tasks, web development, and finance. Plus, I got to work with Tony the Tiger!
Recently, I designed two local websites: the Chamber website and the Tourism Website. I am excited about the opportunity to help Frenchburg thrive maintaining its charm as a small town in eastern Kentucky.
