Menifee Mountain Memories Festival

To register, please take the time to fill out the information below.

Please note: Applications MUST be received by the Chamber Office by May 31st.

  • Setup time starts Thursday at noon for Food Trucks

  • Food vendors must be setup   by Friday at Noon for health inspection.  All food vendors are responsible for City and State of Ky Certificates.

  • Local staff will be onsite during setup times. 

  • Night watchmen on duty Thursday and Friday nights.

  • Exhibitors must supply their own, chairs, tables, power cords, canopy, canopy must be anchored down.

  • Only Art work, personal business items, and quality handmade crafts will be accepted. NO flea market items.

  • Vendors must check in at the Chamber office.

  • Vendors MUST park in designated parking area.

  • Vendors are to KEEP booths open from Noon to 9 PM Friday, 9AM-9PM Saturday.

 Menifee Mountain Memories Festival Liability Waiver

In consideration of the right to participate in this festival, I hereby release and discharge the organization, committee members of the Menifee Chamber of Commerce, as well as all the people who are connected with the management of the event from any and all known/unknown damages, injuries, losses, or claims to my personal property and merchandise, its occupants, and myself.       

I indemnify and take full responsibility of any damages from myself, any occupants with me, or any of my equipment, that may occur during my stay at the Menifee Mountain Memories Festival.

Submission of this form and registration of payment are an indication of acceptance to the liability waiver above.
