Fall Trade Days in Frenchburg Application

This years Fall Trade Days will be held on :

Please note:  Applications MUST be submitted to the Chamber Office by: September 12th, 2025 at 4 pm.

• Set up time starts at 6:00 pm on Friday, September 19th.

• Food Vendors must be set up by Saturday, September 20th at 10:00 am for health inspection, and they must comply with all Statewide Mobile regulations. All Food vendors will need to provide the F/M

Chamber a certificate of insurance showing general liability insurance including products and completed operations coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 per aggregate. This certificate of insurance must also show that the F/M Chamber as an additional

insured under the current general liability insurance policy.

• All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. ALL tents/canopies must be tied down securely.

• Volunteer Staff will be on-site during event.

• There will be no refunds.

• No generators.

** ALL vendors/exhibitors are REQUIRED to check in at the F/M Chamber office, 46 Back Street, on day of setup.

** Vendors/exhibitors are to PARK in designated areas.**

ALL vendors should keep their booths open for business from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday.

No electric will be offered except for Food Trucks.

I, the undersigned, agree that I have read and understand the guidelines included with the entry form, and hereby agree to abide by them. I agree that neither the Frenchburg/Menifee Chamber of Commerce, the City of Frenchburg, the Menifee County Fiscal Court, nor any employee or volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury claims for injury or damage. I indemnify and take full responsibility of any damages from myself, any occupants with me, or any of my equipment, that my occur during the event. Submissions of this form and registration payment are an indication of acceptance to the liability waiver above.
