Spring Trade Days in Frenchburg Application

This years Spring Trade Days will be held on April 26th, 2025 10am - 4pm

Please note:  Applications MUST be submitted to the Chamber Office by: April 18th, 2025 at 4 pm.

• Set up time starts at 6:00 pm on Friday the 25th. 

• ALL food vendors are responsible for City and/or State of KY certificates. ALL Food vendors MUST comply with all federal and state labeling, and certification requirements.

• All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. ALL canopies/tents must be tied down securely.

• Volunteer Staff will be on-site during event.

• There will be no refunds.

• ALL Vendors/Exhibitors are REQUIRED to check in at the Chamber office located at 46 Back Street on day of setup. Vendors vehicles MUST park in designated vendor parking area.

• ONLY Antiques, Yard Sale Items, Flea Market items, and Guns and Ammos

• NO ANIMALS PERMITTED

• ALL unsold items must leave with you

I, the undersigned, agree that I have read and understand the guidelines included with the entry form, and hereby agree to abide by them. I agree that neither the Frenchburg/Menifee Chamber of Commerce, the City of Frenchburg, the Menifee County Fiscal Court, nor any employee or volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury claims for injury or damage. I indemnify and take full responsibility of any damages from myself, any occupants with me, or any of my equipment, that my occur during the event. Submissions of this form and registration payment are an indication of acceptance to the liability waiver above.
