Menifee Mountain Memories Festival Vendor Application

This years festival will be held on June 6th & 7th, 2025

Please note:  Applications MUST be submitted to the Chamber Office by: May 23rd, 2025 at 4 pm.

• Set up time starts at 12:00 pm on Thursday the 5th. 

• Food vendors must be set up by Friday at 12 pm for health inspection. ALL food vendors are responsible for City and/or State of KY certificates. ALL Food vendors MUST comply with all federal and state labeling, and certification requirements.

• All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. ALL canopies/tents must be tied down securely.

• Volunteer Staff will be on-site during event and Security is provided for Thursday and Friday nights.

• There will be no refunds.

• ALL Vendors/Exhibitors are REQUIRED to check in at the Chamber office located at 46 Back Street on day of setup. Vendors vehicles MUST park in designated vendor parking area.

• ALL booths should keep their booths open for business from 12 pm Friday until 9pm and on Saturday from 9am until 9pm.

• Electric is offered at an additional charge of $30.

• You are responsible to match your electric plug to our outlets.

I, the undersigned, agree that I have read and understand the guidelines included with the entry form, and hereby agree to abide by them. I agree that neither the Frenchburg/Menifee Chamber of Commerce, the City of Frenchburg, the Menifee County Fiscal Court, nor any employee or volunteer assumes any responsibility for any personal injury claims for injury or damage. I indemnify and take full responsibility of any damages from myself, any occupants with me, or any of my equipment, that my occur during the event. Submissions of this form and registration payment are an indication of acceptance to the liability waiver above.
