Please note: Applications MUST be submitted to the Chamber Office by: May 23rd, 2025 at 4 pm.
• Set up time starts at 12:00 pm on Thursday, June 5th.
• Food Vendors must be set up by Friday, June 6th at 12 pm for health inspection, and they must comply with all Statewide Mobile regulations. All Food vendors and selected vendors and exhibitors at the discretion of the F/M Chamber will need to provide a certificate of insurance showing general liability insurance including products and completed operations coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 per aggregate. This certificate of insurance must also show that the F/M Chamber as an additional insured under the current general liability insurance policy.
• All vendors/exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. ALL tents/canopies must be tied down securely.
• Volunteer Staff will be on-site during event, and Security is provided for Thursday and Friday nights.
• There will be no refunds.
• No flea market or garage sales items.
• No generators.
** ALL vendors/exhibitors are REQUIRED to check in at the F/M Chamber office, 46 Back Street, on day of setup.
** Vendors/exhibitors are to PARK in designated areas.
** ALL vendors should keep their booths open for business from 12 to 9 pm Friday and 9 am to 9 pm Saturday.
Electric is offered at an additional charge. Spots are limited and vendor is responsible to match their plug to the outlet
